- We can draft the initial tribunal application and deal with ACAS for you.
- We will represent you at any preliminary hearing
- We will deal with the tribunal and the employer in all the various preliminary stages of the case.
- We will deal with the Case Management Issues and Orders as they arise
- We will handle the negotiations over a settlement with the employer at any stage
Our Fees
Our standard fee is 20% of whatever you receive from a settlement negotiated before the hearing
30% of what your receive if the case goes to a hearing
We don’t charge an hourly rate. In exceptional, we may discuss and agree with you a different rate
